ProDoc Releases California December 2009 Update

Our December 2009 update to California contained revisions, additions, and deletions to our libraries of automated forms. The majority of the revisions were pursuant to the 2010 Judicial Council updates as well as revisions to local forms. The affected volumes were: Family Law, Lipman's Wills & Trusts, Litigation, Probate, Business Transactions Solution, Real Estate, Conservatorships, Criminal Law, Federal Civil Litigation, Federal Criminal Defense, Guardianships, Juvenile Law, Small Estate Wills, Landlord and Tenant, Workers' Compensation, and Attorney-Client Matters.

ProDoc Releases Florida December 2009 Update

Our December 2009 update for Florida contained 235 revised forms, many for new legislation effective January 1, 2010. In addition to providing our customers the revised forms prior to the effective dates of the underlying new legislation, we also provided form updates pursuant to agency and/or case law changes. The volumes and PowerPacks containing the revisions are: Family Law, Lipman's Wills & Trusts, Litigation, FLSSI1 Probate, Business Organizations, Business Transactions Solution, and Federal Criminal Defense.

ProDoc Releases Texas December 2009 Update

The update contained 513 revised forms and 58 new forms, many pursuant to new legislation effective January 1, 2010. ProDoc Releases Business Transactions Solution Nationwide

ProDoc recently released our automated version of West's acclaimed Business Transactions Solution (BTS) product. ProDoc BTS contains all the forms a business will ever need, from creation to dissolution, as well as a large number of transactional documents that many businesses need in today's economy. In addition to business operations forms, BTS also contains a large number of agreements covering real estate, leases, consulting, technology licensing, confidentiality, employment, commercial leases, advertising and many other areas And, they are all automated to save time and reduce errors.

ProDoc Releases California September 2009 Local Forms Update

This update contains significant updates and enhancements for nearly every ProDoc California volume. We revised more than 550 forms. The majority of the revised forms are due to county changes to local forms. We also added more than 675 new forms in existing and new ProDoc volumes. Many of the new forms are mandatory.

The volumes affected by this update are: Attorney-Client Matters, Conservatorships, Criminal Law, Family Law, Guardianships, Juvenile Law, Landlord and Tenant, Lipman's Wills & Trusts, Litigation, Probate, Real Estate, Small Estate Wills, and Workers' Compensation.

We also introduced our two new federal volumes for California: Federal Criminal Defense and Federal Civil Litigation.

Most of the changes were legislatively driven but some were pursuant to Agency changes, and others resulted fromcustomer feedback.

ProDoc Releases ProDoc for New York

July 1, 2009 - Today we released our New York library of automated forms for Attorney-Client Matters, Family Law, Lipman's Wills & Trusts, Probate, Real Estate, and Small Estate Wills. We also released Small Office Suite (SOS), a practice management system for small law firms that integrates completely with our automated forms system.

There are more than 1,140 automated forms in this library. It contains nearly every form an attorney needs on a daily basis for handling routine divorce matters, estate planning, probate, and residential real estate in New York. And, the unique ProDoc system means that a ProDoc user enters all client and case information only once for the life of each case.


ProDoc Releases California June 2009 Judicial Council Forms Update

There were significant changes to the Judicial Council Forms and they affected every ProDoc containing those forms. The JCF changes included in this update are effective July 1, 2009. Additionally, we made significant changes to our Lipman’s Wills & Trusts volume.

The volumes containing updated forms are: Family Law, Lipman's Wills & Trusts, Probate, Litigation, Juvenile, Criminal Law, Guardianships, Conservatorships, Landlord and Tenant, and Attorney Client Matters.
