California Real Estate Volume

You’ll find that generating residential real estate documents with this volume of more than 300 automated forms is almost effortless.

You can draft a set of closing documents (note, deed, and deed of trust) in only minutes and making corrections is just as simple. Just enter the new information and ProDoc automatically makes the correction everywhere the change occurs and generates a new set of documents.

All the forms are fully integrated, so you enter information only once—the legal description, for instance—and it flows into the purchase agreement, deed, deed of trust, escrow instructions, and every other document where it is needed. Using ProDoc you virtually eliminate errors and easily cut the time you spend drafting documents by 50%, or more.

Our automated forms cover virtually every area of a residential real estate practice, including:

HUD-1 Settlement Statements

We automated the HUD-1 and HUD-1A, but we also created versions of the HUD-1 that display only the buyer information or only the seller information—for use in preliminary situations when you’re not legally required to show the other party’s information.

Remember that ProDoc automatically stores data from every document you generate. Therefore, information such as names and capacities of the parties, addresses, sales price, etc., from the purchase agreement and/or closing documents, flows automatically into the HUD-1—saving time and reducing errors.
